I Got Stronger On My Main Compound Lifts

While working with Mike, I got stronger on my main compound lifts (Bench, Squat, Deadlift and Overhead Press). During this time I have also been exposed to many different movements and exercises I had not done previously. Adding nutritional recommendations and holding clients accountable to those recommendations would be would be an opportunity for Mike to expand his service offerings
